Lois V. Ford of Westtown, NY, a retired dairy farmer and lifelong resident of the area entered-into rest on Friday, June 13, 2025 at home.  She was 92.

The daughter of the late Charles Watson and Mabel Utter Watson, she was born on November 3, 1932 in Florida, NY.

Lois married Robert on July 14, 1951 and they were married for 50 years before he passed away in 2002.

She is survived by her 4 sons, Robert Ford Jr. (Barbara); David Ford (Anne); Donald Ford Sr. (Marlene); and Thomas Ford (Brenda); 9 grandchildren, Tammy Cutler (Bill); Judy Bailey (Scott); Mark Ford (Nycole); Gary Ford (Kelly); Jennifer Mills; Katie Ferris (Dan); Donald Ford Jr.; Christopher Ford (BillieJo); and Kimberly See (Matt); 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Ford; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert H. Ford Sr., 2 brothers, Charles Watson Jr. and Walter Watson; and a sister, Florence Conklin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th from 10am-12noon at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island, NY 10969. A funeral service will be held at 12noon, followed by a burial in Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg, NY.

The family would like to say a special “Thank You” to United Hospice Nurse, Sherry Jones for the care that she gave to their mom in her final days.
