Lisa Putkowski of Warwick, NY, a retired Welfare Examiner with Orange County Department of Social Services, entered-into rest on Sunday, September 21, 2025.  She was 60.

The daughter of the late Peter Bach and Alice Maloney Bach, she was born on November 12, 1964 in Goshen, NY.

She is survived by her son, Andrew Putkowski; daughter, Leah Putkowski and their father, Mark Putkowski; aunt, Nora Johnson; siblings, Beth Klein (Jake Klein); Patricia Howe (Rich Masi); Michael Bach (Perri Bach); and Kelly Walsh; brother-in-law, Marty Bast; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister, Alice “Tina” Bast.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, September 28th from 1-4PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island, NY 10969. With a memorial prayer service being held 4PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
