Obituary of Donna Czerlonek

Donna Czerlonek of Brooklyn, NY entered into rest on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Jamaica Hospital, Queens, NY.  She was 60.

The daughter of the late Walter & Victoria Czubak Czerlonek, she was born on October 30, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY.

Survivors include her cousins, Frank Shuback of New Hampton & Ronald Bogdanski of Pine Island; sister-in-law, Sandra Czerlonek; along several other cousins.

She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Czerlonek

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 2nd from 9-9:45AM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 Co. Rte.# 1, Pine Island, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held 10AM Monday, April 2nd at St. Stanislaus Church, 17 Pulaski Highway, Pine Island, NY 10969.

Burial will be St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Pine Island.
