Obituary of Valerie W. Demberg

Valerie W. Demberg of Westtown, NY, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. She was 71.

 

The daughter of the late Lester C. Lockwood & Margaret Helen Williams Lockwood, she was born on February 6, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY.

 

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 1703, Unionville, NY.

 

She is survived by her husband, Earl Demberg; daughter, Lisa Bishop-Kee of Simpsonville, SC and her children, Brandon Lockwood Bishop & Sophia Lynn Kee; 2 sisters, Brooke Lockwood & Parry Ehlert; and other children, Elizabeth Ann Leith (Michael) of Denver, CO; Cathy Doney (Donald) of Rye, NH; Steven Demberg (Simone) of Westtown, NY; Ruth Johnson of East Greenbush, NY; Eleanor Rosenbloom (Jeff) of Rochester, NY; 14 other grandchildren, Austin, Sarah, Madison, Donald, Charlotte, Morgan, Alex, Emily, Ally, Sam, Jacob, Lydia, Natalie & Aaron; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

 

As per the families wishes, cremation will be held privately and a celebration of life will be held in the future.
