Maureen T. Kane of Warwick, NY, a longtime resident and a retired secretary for the Vice Principle at Warwick Valley High School, Warwick, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at home.  She was 65.

 

The daughter of the late Mario Milone & Virginia Thompson Milone, she was born on July 23, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY.

 

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Christopher Kane; daughter, Jennifer Pesta & husband Timothy; son, Christopher Kane & wife Melissa; daughter, Colleen Leddy & husband Timothy; 9 grandchildren, Abigail Kane, twins, Ryan & Madeline Pesta; Anna Kane; Reagan Leddy; Joseph Leddy, Lucas Kane, Nicholas & Sarah Pesta; sister, Teresa Collier & husband Brian; sister, Virginia Werner & husband Brenden; brother, Alexander Milone & wife Paula; brother, James Milone; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

 

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12th from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island, NY 10969.

 

A funeral mass will be held 10:30AM Saturday, April 13th at St. Stephen the First Martyr, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.

 

Burial will be in Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, NY.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to Warwick Community Ambulance Corps. PO Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990.
