Patricia Ann Reilly of Warwick, NY entered into rest on Thursday October 3, 2019 at ORMC with her family by her side, she was 79.
The daughter of Vincent and Helen Perry Hattrick she was born on January 10, 1940.
She is survived by her children Deborah Vlahos and husband Andrew, Linda Tellier and husband Russell, Frank Reilly and wife Angela; grandchildren Tricia Moore and husband Jason, David Vlahos, Keith Whitehead, Ryan Tellier, Shannon and Michael Reilly; great grandchildren Rylee, Camryn and Taylor Moore.
A funeral mass will be held 10 am on Friday October 11, 2019 at St. Stephens Church 75 Sanfordville Rd. Warwick, NY 10990.
Interment of ashes will be held privately in Calvary Cemetery, Queens, NY.
