Obituary of James T. Casey Jr.

James T. Casey Jr. of Westtown, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.  He was 62.

 

The son of Marion Sprake Casey & the late James T. Casey Sr., he was born on October 5, 1957 in Jersey City, NJ.

 

Casey was a self-employed carpenter who not only built things but carefully designed kitchens, offices and homes.  He took great pride in creating such lasting structures.

 

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Edwina Casey; 2 sons, James “JT” Casey III & wife Lisa-Marie; Sean Casey; daughter, Sarah Barschow & husband Kevin; 4 grandchildren, Thomas, Olivia, Logan & Lydia; mother Marion Casey; 4 sisters, Ellen Jacoberger & husband Ed; Kathleen Pansini; Sharon Vanderhoof & husband Charles; Carol Muron & husband Dennis; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

As per his wishes, cremation will be held privately and a celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th from 1-4pm at Hickory Hill Golf Course, 25 County Park Lane, Warwick, NY.
