Anne Emily Backerseder Gross died on May 28, 2020. Her husband William died in 1996. Her love for her family will live on in her children, Catherine Parisi (Joseph) of Mt. Vision, NY, Vincent (Cynthia) of Greensboro, NC, Stephen (Susan) of Woodbine, GA, William of Moore, MT and Anne of Warwick, NY, and in her seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated when possible. Her family is most grateful to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, to Dr. Mayank Shah, and most especially to the many friends who kept her in their prayers.
