Colleen Graham of Middletown, NY, formerly of Florida, NY, a sales associate for Super Dry at Woodbury Commons Outlets, entered into rest on Sunday, September 10, 2017. She was 27.

The daughter of Richard & Mary Kautz Graham, she was born on October 1, 1989 in Goshen, NY.

She is survived by her parents, Richard & Mary Graham; grandmothers, Rose Graham& Nancy Johnson; Uncles, Patrick Zanelli (Patty); Paul Zanelli (Diane); William & Phillip Kautz; Aunts, Kim & Margaret Kautz; Celeste Goff (John); and Mary Jane Zanelli (Susan); Cousins, Alyson Fleming (Christopher); Ryan Graham (Abi); Lindsey Graham; William Kautz (Amanda); Naomi Kautz; Dineen Bull; Brianna Smith; and Michael & Anthony Zanelli.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 13th from 3-7PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Funeral service will be held 11AM Thursday, September 14th at the funeral home.

Cremation will be held privately after the services.
