Faith Susan Conklin of Middletown, NY, formerly of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Kaplan Family Hospice, Newburgh NY. She was 70.
The daughter of the late Peter Martin Greener and Viola Manto Greener, she was born on December 17, 1952 in Florida, NY.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Melanie Bacilieri; Kimberly Estrada; grandson, Chase Estrada; 2 sisters, Patricia Slocum; Yvonne Sicina (Allen); nephews, Todd Slocum and Jeffrey Sicina; niece, Katie Sicina; great nephew, Brian Slocum and great niece, Kara Slocum.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 5th from 3-5pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral service will be held 10:30AM Monday, February 6th at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in NY, White Plains, PO Box 1055, Harriman, NY 10926.
