John Thomas Hayes of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Friday, July 7, 2023. He was 86.
The son of the late John Hayes and Elizabeth Miller Hayes, he was born on December 10, 1936 in Warwick, NY.
Tom was the proud owner of Hayes Barber Shop in Warwick from 1956-2016; a 60 year member of the Excelsior Sportsman Club; a member of the Excelsior Engine Company, Warwick and a Past Chief of the Warwick Fire Department.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne Weslowski Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 11th from 10-10:45AM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral mass will be held 11AM Tuesday, July 11th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY.
Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
