Obituary of Brian O'Sullivan

Brian O’Sullivan of Florida, NY, a retired Corrections officer for the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department, entered into rest on Sunday, May 12, 2024.  He was 63.

The son of the late Patrick O’Sullivan and Maureen Lustig O’Sullivan, he was born on December 19, 1960 in Hackensack, NJ.

He is survived by his wife, Diane O’Sullivan; son, Kyle Vitale-O’Sullivan and wife Brittany Coriaty; daughter, Shannon O’Sullivan; granddaughters, Molly and Zoey O’Sullivan; sisters, Eileen Strysko and Geraldine Macilvane; brother, William O’Sullivan; along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17^th from 3-7PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Funeral services will be held Friday evening 6:30PM at the funeral home.

As per his wishes, a private cremation burial will be held in the Florida Cemetery, Florida, NY.
