Imro Salomons of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Monday, March 7, 2016. He was 90.
The son of the late Fluirius & Caroline Salomons, he was born September 8, 1925 in Suriname, South America.
Imro spent most of his adult life in the Merchant Marine for the Sea Farer's Union where he traveled all over the world. He truly had a love of music.
Survivors include his brother, Sondra Salomons; 2 nieces, Joan Daley & Jean Blanchard; nephew, Neal Whorf & Ira Whorf and several other nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his special friends, Paul McCoy, Max McCombs and Lori Dean. He was predeceased by his wife Elaine Salomons and three sisters, Linda, Edna & Truus.
Graveside services will be held 1PM Wednesday, March 23rd at St. Stephen Cemetery, Warwick, NY.
