Irene “Babcie” Sicina of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Saturday, September 4, 2010. She was 82.
The daughter of the late John & Victoria Frelak Zagorski, she was born on December 20, 1927 in Newark, NJ.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church & its Rosary Society, Florida, NY.
She is survived by: Son, Raymond Sicina & wife MaryBeth of Florida; daughter, Roseanna Nielsen & husband Henry “Butch” of Mt. Dora, FL; 4 Grandchildren, Henry “Butchie” Nielsen, Briana Kleveno, Jessica Sicina & Scott Sicina. 1 Great granddaughter, Kamryn Kleveno and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband Raymond Sicina, she was predeceased by her brothers Stephen & John Zagorski and sister Josephine Sicina.
Visitation will be private.
Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 P.M., TODAY, Monday, September 6th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Florida Fire & Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 600, Florida, NY 10921.
