Gertrude Urbanski of Goshen, NY entered into rest on May 18, 2011. She was 88. The daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Rejmaniak Pawliczek she was born on March 28, 1923 in Goshen. She was a member of St. Josephs Church and St. Josephs Living Rosary Society. She is survived by her husband Myron C. Urbanski at home; Daughter Carol Torrisi and her husband Joseph of Middletown, NY; son Andrew and his wife Basha of Goshen, NY; Grandchildren Ashley Torrisi and Jim Bodisch; Deanna Petruska and husband Eric; Diana Deblasio and husband Matt; and Andrew Urbanski Jr.; Sisters Dorothy Chrostek of Philadelphia, Pa.; and Florence Osczepinski of Goshen; Nieces Sheryl Dimke and husband Gary; Candy Scheiner; and nephew Stanley Osczepinski; She was predeceased by her twin sister Loretta Zovistoski ;Brothers Edward , Albert and Andrew Pawliczek. Visitation will be held on Sunday May 22, 2011 from 6-9 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 22 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30AM on Monday May 23, 2011 at St. Josephs Church 20 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921. Rev. Joseph Tokarczyk will officiate. Burial will be in St. Josephs Cemetery Florida, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Florida Rescue Squad P.O. Box 600 Florida, NY 10921.
