Olga Zawaski of New Hampton, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in O.R.M.C. – Horton Campus, Middletown.
The daughter of the late Samuel & Christine Pasuk, she was born on July 18, 1920 in Franklin, NJ.
Mom was the center of our family she was a great mother, greater grandmother and the greatest great grandmother. She not only loved all of her family but her polka dancing as well. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Alex Zawaski & wife Gloria of New Hampton, NY; daughter, Patricia Lorgan & husband Tom of Warwick, NY; Grandchildren, Jason & Justin Lorgan, Stephanie Day & Christine Zawaski; Great Grandchildren, Cody & Alex Day, Sam & Jemma Lorgan. Sister-in-law, Helen Pasuk of Stroudsburg, PA.
Predeceased by husband Alexander Zawaski and son Harry Zawaski, brothers, John & Bill Pasuk, Sisters, Mary Olinski & Marie Hoffer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 24th from 5-8 P.M. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island, NY 10969.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 25th at St. Stanislaus Church, Pine Island, NY.
Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Pine Island.
