Thomas Faline of Warwick, NY, Formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ, entered into rest on Saturday, November 26, 2011. He was 86.The son of the late Thomas & Loretta Stapleton Faline, he was born October 16, 1925 in Fair Lawn, NJ. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII where he was awarded the purple heart.He was the widower of Charlotte Eberhardt Faline. Survivors include his son, Michael Faline & wife Joan of Warwick, Thomas Faline & wife Kathleen of Marstons Mills, MA; 7 Grandchildren, Michael Faline & wife Christine, Matthew Faline & wife Christina, Joseph Faline, Erin Reagan & husband Matthew, Nicole, Daniel and Amanda Faline; 9 Great Grandchildren. And several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route#1, Pine Island, NY 10969. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 30th at St. Anthony Church, 276 Diamond Bridge Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990
