Obituary of Myron C. Urbanski

Myron C. Urbanski of Goshen, NY, former owner of Carol Ann Produce, entered into rest on Monday, May 28, 2012. He was 86. The son of the late Stanley & Mary Bozek Urbanski, he was born on April 30, 1926 in Goshen, NY. Myron was a Former Supervisor for the Town of Goshen and a Past Chairman of the Town of Goshen Planning Board. He was also a member of St. Joseph's Church, Florida, NY. He is survived by his daughter, Carol Torrisi and her husband Joseph of Middletown, NY; son, Andrew and his wife Basha of Goshen, NY; Grandchildren, Ashley Torrisi and fiancé Jim Bodisch; Deanna Torrisi Petruska and husband Eric; Diana Deblasio and husband Matt; and Andrew Urbanski Jr. and Janina "Babci" Kusznier. As well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Gertrude Pawliczek Urbanski and 3 brothers, Lou, Stanley & Steve Urbanski. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31st from 5:30-9 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM on June 1st at St. Joseph's Church 20 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921. The Reverend Joseph Tokarczyk will officiate.
