Kerry M. Maddalone of Pine Island, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence, Newburgh, NY. She was 53.
Kerry was the daughter of Joan Wilson Monaghan & the late Kenneth Monaghanof Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.
Living on in her memory... her husband, Dennis F. Maddalone; 3 daughters, Krystal Ancona, Heather Salamone, April DeVries and son, Ryan DeVries. 3 grandchildren, Carlina, Isabella and Gage. Brother Scott Monaghan, niece Amber O'Driscoll, previous spouse Phillip DeVries and faithful companion her golden retriever Shelby.
Predeceased by her brother Kevin Monaghan.
Funeral services will be held on the 16th day of November, 2:30pm at St. Bartholomew's Church located in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. The Reverend Daniel W. Kreller and Deacon Victor Salamone will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kaplan Family Hospice Residence and mail to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, Inc., 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, New York 12550.
