Mary Holodinski-Ballard a lifelong resident of Warwick, NY, entered into eternal rest on Sunday April 28, 2013.
Beloved wife to the late Ralph Ballard and loving mother to her son Mike and wife Cheri Ballard. Mary was well known as Grandma to all and will be remembered by her grandchildren Michael and wife Tyla, Nichole and fiance Chris Janian, as well as all her extended family. Her smile, silly sayins and her loving heart will always be remembered, but never forgotten.
Funeral services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Mary Holodinski-Ballard to The Foundation at St. Anthony's Community Hospital, 15 Maple Avenue, Warwick, NY 10990.
