Obituary of Mary Margaret Lupino

Mary Margaret Lupino, a 54 year resident of Warwick, N.Y. died peacefully after a long illness in the presence of her family at her bedside. She was 88. The oldest daughter of Bernard and May Mooney Beggy, she was born in Manhattan, N.Y. She was predeceased by her sister Theresa Goudemant. Mary was a wonderful and much-loved wife, mother and grandmother and a cherished friend to many. She loved her family, reading, classic literature, opera, outings to New York City and her home. Survivors include her husband Roger of 55 years, daughters Kathleen Lupino of Florida, N.Y., Elizabeth Lupino Decena and husband Mark and grandchildren Margaret and Lucas Decena of San Francisco, CA., Andrea Lupino of New York City, son Jerome Lupino and wife Kate of New York City, her sister Eileen Stamas, brother in law George Goudemant, and four nieces and one nephew. Condolences may be expressed in the lobby of St. Stephen's Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990 at 10:00 A.M. prior to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, followed by interment at Warwick Cemetery. Condolences may also be expressed at Mary's home on Friday evening between 7:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. for anyone who cannot attend the Wednesday ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Warwick Valley Humane Society, PO Box 61, Warwick, NY 10990, would be welcome.
