Obituary of Mary Rose Piasecki

Mary Rose Piasecki a lifetime resident of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Friday, July 26, 2013 in Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. She was 93. The daughter of the late John Prochneski & Pauline Vitomski, she was born on June 1, 1920 in Warwick. Mary was a proprietor of Piasecki Trucking, Inc. & bookkeeper for Swartz Oil, Florida, NY. She was a member of the Warwick High School Class of 1938. She is survived by her son-in-law; George Aulen of Warwick, NY; daughter, Bernice Skraba and husband Phil of Masonville, CO; daughter, Joanne Piasecki of Butler, NJ; grandson, David Aulen & wife Holly of Fox Lake, IL; granddaughter, Maryann Skraba of Newport Beach, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Piasecki; daughter, Rosemary Aulen and her sister, Anna Kujawski. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 30th from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY. A funeral mass will be held 10AM on Wednesday, July 31st at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
