Obituary of Thomas Osczepinski

Thomas R. "Hoss" Osczepinski of Warwick, NY, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Thursday, December 05, 2013 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis. He was 52. The son of the late Frank & Stephanie Sliwa Osczepinski, he was born January 11, 1961 in Goshen, NY. Tom was employed by Conklin Services and Construction of Newburgh as a Hazmat Recovery Systems Supervisor, the family would like to thank them for all their assistance in Tom's time of need. Tom's family wishes to thank the doctors and especially the medical/surgical nursing staff at Bon Secours for their kindness and excellent care of Tom. Survivors include: His soul mate Terry Rudy and her daughter Jacklyn Rudy; her daughters Gianna and Isabella, his brothers Frank V. Osczepinski Jr. of New Jersey, James C. Osczepinski and his wife Joan of Matamoras, and David K. Osczepinski and his wife Laurie of Matamoras. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Susan Pisarri and his brother Stephen Osczepinski. Cremation was held privately. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11th from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local ASPCA, the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Co, Inc.
