Obituary of Otto A. Gorish Sr.

Otto A. Gorish Sr. of Florida, NY a retired truck driver with teamsters local 445 and retired farmer, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.  He was 93.

The son of the late Otto Gorish & Rena Onderdonk Gorish, he was born March 9, 1925 in Warwick, NY.

Survivors include 4 sons, Otto A. Gorish Jr. & wife Debra; Waverly A. Gorish; Reid F. Gorish & Lane A. Gorish & wife Joy; daughter, Rhonda Gorish; 9 grandchildren, Otto, Rena, Shana, Aaron, Nevin, Lauren, Reid Jr., Lane & Briar; 11 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brother, Fred Gorish & sister, Dorothy Johansen.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 15th from 4-7pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Funeral service will be held 11AM Monday, April 16th at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Florida Cemetery.
