Obituary of Richard M. Olejniczak

Richard M. Olejniczak of Middletown, NY entered into rest on Wednesday October 31, 2018.  He was 61 years old.

The son of Mickey and Teresa Turchin Olejniczak he was born on June 4, 1957 in Goshen, NY.

He is survived by his father Mickey at home; brother Edward Olejniczak of Tampa, Fl.; nephews Collin, Kevin, & Brent; niece Brooke; sister-in-law Diane; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Richard was predeceased by his mother Teresa Olejniczak.

Visitation will be held on Friday November 2, 2018 from 4-7 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY.

A funeral mass will be held 10 am on Saturday November 3, 2018 at St. Joseph Church 20 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY 10921.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
