Obituary of Elmarie R. Wierzbicki

Elmarie R. Wierzbicki of Matamoras, PA, entered into rest on Thursday, April 8, 2021.  She was 64.

The daughter of the late Elmer Burley & Joan Hall Burley, she was born on July 2, 1956.  She was raised by her parents, Chet & Vivian Raser.

She is survived by husband Kenneth Wierzbicki; son, Martin Gentile III & wife Kathy; son, Dean Gentile & wife Noemi; 10 grandchildren, Mia, Darnell, Taylor, Tyler, Gia, Ronin, Skyley, Arianna, Alissa & Brian; brother, Elmer Burley; 3 sisters, Leila Cole & husband Roger, Barbara Bassett & Donna Burley; sisters & brothers-in-law; Carol Wierzbicki Korey, Robert Wierzbicki & Linda Matuseski; and Allen Wierzbicki &  wife Dorothy; along with many nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 2-5 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

A funeral service will be held 10AM Monday, April 12^th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines set forth from the state face coverings are required and the number of visitors allowed in the funeral home and the church are limited so we ask that those that may have to wait to enter please follow social distancing guidelines.
