Joyce K. Wagner of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, August 26, 2021. She was 90.
The daughter of the late James Welch & Isabella Blodgett Welch, she was born on November 11, 1930 in the Bronx, NY.
She is survived by her 5 children; Linda Rutzky; George Arabadjis (Toni); Victoria Calia (Sal); Mark Arabadjis (Deirdre); and James Wagner (Karen); 8 grandchildren; Pamela, Philip, Stephen, Heather, Travis, Mark, Jenn & Jill; 2 great grandchildren, James & Rayne; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, William J. Wagner; son, Philip Arabadjis; son-in-law, Jesse Rutzky and 3 brothers, James Welch, Gerald Welch & Dennis Smith.
As per her wishes, funeral services will be held privately.
