Obituary of Henryk Nowicki

Henryk Nowicki of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown.  He was 85.

The son of the late Boleslaw Nowicki & Stefania Rusiecka, he was born on January 7, 1936 in Poland.

He is survived by his 2 Daughters; Sylwia Nowicka; Marta Barovjan & husband Rastislav; 3 granddaughters, Jessica Nicole Majtczak, Juliana Krystyna Barovjan & Katherine Ann Barovjan; brother Jan Nowicki & family; sister–in-law, Sabina Kesler; brother-in-law; Adam Kesler & family; several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many close family & friends both here and in Poland.

He was predeceased by his wife, Krystyna Kesler Nowicka.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 8^th from 5-9pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

A funeral mass will be held 11AM Saturday, October 9^th at St. Joseph Church, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

Due to COVID 19, the funeral home and church are currently following the CDC guidelines regarding the use of masks.
