Obituary of Eleanor Bellotto

Eleanor Bellotto of New Hampton, NY, a retired secretary for West Point Military Academy, entered into rest on Saturday, October 16, 2021.  She was 90.

The daughter of the late Christian Gross & Josephine Meduski Gross, she was born on May 28, 1931 in Middletown, NY.

She is survived by her nephew, Guy Gross & his wife Cherie; great nephew, Guy Paul Gross; along with several cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Frank Bellotto; brother, Robert “Snooky” Gross and her sister, Florence Frederick.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 28^th from 10-11AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 391 Mount Hope Road, Middletown, NY 10940.

Funeral service will be held 11AM Thursday, October 28^th at the church.

Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Middletown, NY.

Due to COVID 19, the church is currently following the CDC guidelines regarding the use of masks.

In lieu of flowers (please no flowers) memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church Building Fund, 391 Mount Hope Road, Middletown, NY 10940; or to a Humane Society of one’s choice.
