Yolanda "Lonnie" Facca a resident of the Village of Florida, entered into rest on Thursday, July 3, 2015. She was 92.
The daughter of the late Dante & Ida DeZorzi Pavan, she was born on May 24, 1923 in Manhattan, NY.
She was a member of the Florida Seward Seniors and St. Joseph Church. For many years she served as a volunteer at St. Anthony's Hospital.
She leaves behind her daughters, Elissa Tomich of Warwick and Sandra Monahan & husband Joe of Troy, NY. Also, grandchildren, Lara Tomich, Meredyth & Justin Monahan; brother, Delmor Pavan & wife Mary of Arizona.
A funeral mass will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 7th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
