Virginia Korycki of Las Cruces, NM formerly of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, June 16, 2022 in Las Cruces, NM. She was 97.

The daughter of the late Edmund T. Weslowski and Mary Ellen Shanley, she was born on May 16, 1925 in Goshen, NY.

Survivors include her son, Greg Korycki and wife Carrie Faust of Tuscon, AZ; daughter, Lynn Ziegenhagel and husband Mark of Las Cruces, NM; sister, Lorraine Janiak; Goddaughter, Rosemarie Kearns; along with several niece, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband George Korycki.

Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 11AM-1PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Memorial prayer service will be held 1PM Tuesday, June 6th at the funeral home.
