Christina M. Romaniuk of Albany, NY, formerly of Suffern, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.  She was 74.

 

The daughter of the late Jozef Romaniuk and Longina Olejniczak Romaniuk, she was born on November 10, 1947 in Belguim.

 

She is survived by her brother, Stefan Romaniuk (Christine) of Boston, MA; brother, John Romaniuk (Susan Sheridan) of Loudonville, NY; niece, Jessica Dekermanji (Anthony); nephew, Justin Romaniuk; great niece and nephew, Matteo & Olivia; aunts and uncles, Eileen Stelmaszczyk (Marion) of Kinnelon, NJ; Irene Calderon (Tony) of TN; Mary Coleman (Robert), Mickey Olejniczak, John Olejniczak (Martha) & Zygmund Olejniczak (Lona) all of Florida, NY; along with numerous cousins.

 

Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, September 12th from 3-6pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

 

Funeral mass will be held 10:30AM Tuesday, September 13th at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY.

 

Cremation burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
