Obituary of Faith Eileen Utter Toner

Faith E. Toner passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Kaplan Family Hospice, Newburgh, NY.

She was the only child of the late Sylvester and Helen Blanchard Utter, born in Dover, NJ.  She lived in Wharton, NJ, with her parents until she married her beloved Warren and moved to Pine Island, NY.

Faith was a graduate of Wharton High School, and Glassboro State Teachers College (Now Rowan University) in Glassboro, NJ.

A member of Amity Presbyterian Church, Warwick, NY, she was also a member of S.C.R.E.A., N.J.E.A., N.E.A. and O.E.S.# 79 (Dover, NJ).  She was an elementary school teacher in the Sussex/Wantage School District in Wantage, NJ for twenty-four years.

Faith is survived by sons, Neil Warren Toner and Daniel Shawn Toner; grandchildren, Dawn M. Shuart; Mark E. Toner; Kimberly A. Toner and Alyssa E. Levo; and 3 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by husband Warren Edward Toner and son, Mark Edward Toner.

Graveside services were held privately at the Unionville Cemetery, Unionville, NY.
