The beauty of a memory is that it’s always there, So I have to share the memories above, Both you and my Dad surprised me with that butterfly birthday cake, I thank you for being there for my Dad, Your presence brought him happiness, As I reminisce of you and my Dad, The tears run down my face, Not because I am sad, But because I have these memories, to cherish forever, As I think of you two, I smile for awhile, Spread your wings and fly high, For a short time we say goodbye, Your memory will never die.
